Harmonic Tide started as an off the cuff basement jam has evolved into a structured project infused with sounds drawn from the best in roots rock and jamband improvisation. Using song concepts and vocal sketches created by Brent Windebank(lead vocals,rhythm guitar), tweaked and amplified by Jay Robinson (lead guitar), held to task by bassist Scott Robinson and exploded into a new realm of complexity and sonic freedom by recent addition percussionist Kyle Haight, Harmonic Tide channels an arena of sound into persuasive melodies.A solid live performance grounded by the experience of Jay (past Merkeba player) and Kyle(Merkeba.....) is infused with a vitality and enthusiasm for both musical craftsmanship and playful exploration.With diverse musical influences ranging from classic rock heroes to Seattle's grunge to jazz greats and contemporary fusionist artists, Harmonic Tide will tease your ear with the familiar and taunt your mind with the new.
