if I understand correctly, (and I seldom do) right now, the consultants listing is the output of a database relating to a custom content type; consultant.
Instead, should it not be simply based on extended user data, and display in the support listing if a) support field(s) is(are) not null, and b) the "be included in support listings ?" checkbox is checked, or the "tutor" checkbox, for that matter ?
Using this "custom user data list" output would also neatly supplant the half-assed contact listing, on the staff pages, the dev pages should also start with a dev member list, and the biz pages start with listing of those in the biz group. Displayed fields will vary, but not much else. style and method consolidation.
